What are Ceramic Coatings?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer solution that's applied to the exterior of a car, forming a clear protective layer that shields against dirt, road grime, tree sap, bird droppings, UV rays, and other environmental contaminants. It's compose of silicon dioxide, polysiloxane, SiN, and/or SiC. It's a type of clear semi-permanent auto body protection, just like a sacrificial barrier that protects your original clear coats from the various environmental contaminants.
What are the benefits of Ceramic Coating?
Other than making your car look clean and shiny, there are plenty of other benefits associated with using ceramic coating for cars.
Protection from UV rays which can damage the already thin clear coats on most new vehicles nowadays. Using ceramic coating will help protect the paint from oxidizing and prevent it from looking dull and faded.

What are our Ceramic Coating processes?
While the best time to protect your car would be when it's brand new and haven't been exposed to the environments for long. Not to worry if your car is not looking it's best, our procedure will bring back the slickness of your paint along with years of glossy protection.
Wash & Decontaminate- Quality ceramic coating require quality paint preparation so we'll remove all contaminates from your paint to get it as smooth as possible. This includes chemical and mechanical decontaminates.
Paint Inspection- Once cleaned, we'll inspect your paint for any scratches and/or swirls so we can recommend the best procedure to suit your needs.
Paint Correction- This procedure varies from car to car. Your paint may not need much correction so there's less labor involved, making the cost of ceramic coating closer to the starting cost.
Applying the Coat- Our ceramic coating are applied in a controlled environment with specialty lighting system that allows us to systematically check for any flaws. Once the coating has time to cured, a thorough quality control inspection is performed to ensure all panels meet the high standards.
Complimentary Wash- After the ceramic coating has time to fully cure (about 7 days), bring your vehicle by for a free wash. This wash is also intended for a deeper inspection of the hydrophobic and glossy properties.
Why does Ceramic Coating fail?
Most ceramic coating durability will give you a year rating and that's based on fracturing. Fracturing is something that's been happening to coating for decades. You can buy a coating that say 3, 4, 5, or 6 years and the fracturing will occur because of the chemistry in the coating. After the durability years rating, the fracture will cause the coating to not perform anymore. This doesn't mean the ceramic coating isn't there, it just means the surface of it is rough and cracked.
The best way to think about it is to compare it to the desert floor. When it rains the desert floor becomes perfectly smooth, that's what most ceramic coating applications are. Then as time goes by, water evaporates it gets all cracked and the desert floor is no longer smooth anymore- that's fracturing.
